  • The maximum time allotted for Invited Talk is 35 minutes(30 min+ 5 min Q&A).
  • The maximum time allotted for delegates is 12 minutes(10 min+ 2 min Q&A).
  • The maximum time allotted for special lecture is 25 minutes(20 Min + 5 min Q&A).
  • Poster presenter must paste their presentation sheet/poster in the morning 9.00 a.m at the specified place of the conference hall. During Poster evaluation and Poster presentation session, they must be present. However, it is advised that poster presenter must be present near their poster during whole day of the conference to interact with the visitor.
  • Oral Presenter must upload their presentation (PPT) on or before 9th February 2011 on conference website.
  • Keynote presenter and special presenter should send their full paper for proceedings and PPT for presentation on or before Feb 6, 2011.
